With 20+ years in finance, she has spent 8+ years scaling VC-backed start-ups and scale-ups (from pre-seed to Series D), and 7+ years advising large public, private, and PE-owned enterprises as an auditor and consultant.

As a CFO and COO, Fabienne has secured funding, led business expansion, steered companies through restructurings and the shift from growth to profitability, and implemented operational efficiencies. She is proficient in building and running finance and operations departments, improving financial results, M&A activities, and is a valued thought leader for key stakeholders.

She has leadership experience in organizations with annual turnover from zero to CHF 800m+ and teams of 300+. She has held leadership positions in scale-ups, start-ups as well as EY and Sonova. With many years of industry expertise, her background spans financial services, technology (B2B, B2B2C), and professional services.

Fabienne is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Finance from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, and is training to become a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA), with a focus on organizational development.
